Amrow Hijazi
Amrow is an expert in brand and product management and strategic positioning. He has a proven track record of accomplishment in planning and leading sales and trade marketing strategies in support of business goals.

He has previously worked in Saudi Arabia for Dell and Hewlett Packard, Dubai TV, Microsoft, Compubase and DTK Jebel Ali in the united Arab Emirates. Amrow is a graduate of Computer Science from the Dakota University, USA.

Gordon Gilford
Gordon’s IT professional career started off with a Maltese certified importer of Acer Computers, namely Panta Computer Ltd, where he was mainly involved in repairing, servicing, installing and maintaining Acer servers and workstations. After a spell of time, Gordon moved to Phax Services Company Ltd., a daughter company of Ganado & Associates, a very highly reputed law firm in Malta. Gordon was the key person responsible for the day-to-day running of the IT department. He was also responsible for managing the IT projects. During this period, Gordon was also highly involved in the creation of a new subsidiary company; Hi-Tech Ltd. This company was intended to support and supply IT related equipment to both Phax Services Ltd. and the mother company Ganado & Associates. The plan was also to support other companies in the market.

During this same period, Gordon joined forces with Mr. Amrow Hijazi, where he was a highly active member/owner of the tSolver project. tSolver, a non-profit organization was founded in 1999 in order to addresses the need for modern and effective technology solutions in the Middle East private businesses and government sector.

Today, Gordon is a full time IT analyst in a bank, where his job mainly entails designing, installing, administering and optimizing the Bank’s server estate. Windows server Operating Systems installations, hardware configuration, troubleshooting system and hardware issues, performance tuning and server monitoring are an integral part of his job. Administering, supporting and upgrading backup systems and strategies and the Bank’s mail and intranet infrastructure also fall under his responsibilities. From a project management point of view, Gordon performed several project management tasks for technical projects in support of desktop, server and network operations.
